To be a good Surgeon
As surgeons, we need to strengthen our basic foundations. To become good surgeons, we must first be good assistants. We enhance our skills by observing other surgeons and sharpening our five senses—including our sixth sense (instinct).
We can't simply take a blade and cut without proper preparation.
Remind yourself: "Would you want a surgeon like that? Someone who didn’t study the case and just went ahead, cutting your limb and performing any fixation?"
As for me, I would never allow an unprepared surgeon to operate on my body. However, I would trust a good, maybe junior, surgeon who is dedicated to doing their best—one who studies my case, learns about the procedure, and always places their trust in God throughout the surgery and after
ward.
