  As surgeons, we need to strengthen our basic foundations. To become good surgeons, we must first be good assistants. We enhance our skills by observing other surgeons and sharpening our five senses—including our sixth sense (instinct). We can't simply take a blade and cut without proper preparation. Remind yourself: "Would you want a surgeon like that? Someone who didn’t study the case and just went ahead, cutting your limb and performing any fixation?" As for me, I would never allow an unprepared surgeon to operate on my body. However, I would trust a good, maybe junior, surgeon who is dedicated to doing their best—one who studies my case, learns about the procedure, and always places their trust in God throughout the surgery and after ward.

Orang tegur... " xpayah sembang nasihat banyak2 kat pesakit... diorg bukan faham dan ingat pun"... Kenapa aku lebih prefer amalkan pt education ni? Sebb Sifu kasi pen tu suruh aku belajar 4 tahun.... dalam masa 4 Tahun... Sifu2 kat IIUM semuanya tekankan, pentingnya pt's education.  Masa Hand Posting, Prof kami pernah tanya pesakit dalam OT... " siapa doktor yg dah tengok kamu? Apa doktor tu bgtau? Apa operation doktor tu bgtau dan bagaimana operation tu? Doktor tu terangkan nak inject kat tangan kat mana? Apa risiko operation?? "..... hmmm suprisingly.. pt tu ingat 90-95% apa yg diterangkan... 🫡 Bukan amalan dibuat kerana balasan.. buatlah amal kerana Ikhlas agar sama2 mendapat manfaat ... Hahah.. tau je xda sape akan rajin klo buat sesuatu klo xdapat apa2.. bazir masa dan penat.. tapi....  aku mempercayai, even sebutir biji sawi pun tetap dikira amal olehNya.  

 Alhamdulillah... Masih mampu menulis blog... ada lagi ke yg suka menulis blog ketika ini? Ketika tiktok,insta dan whatsoever apps yg lebih membuat duit dan popular mencengkam minat generasi hati ini Aku?  Menulis membantu aku jadi lebih terurus dan organised person. Well.... back to the real topic.. Today, 4th January,2025, Saturday. Finally, Johor people got their weekend break after 6 days working continuosly. Tapi, next monday, public cuti as the replacement..hihi. Planned to hike Gunung Lambak with my brother and his wife +her Jogging-mate. Awal subuh bangun, 5.40am bersiap solat fajr dan ke masjid terus Subuh berjamaah. Finished at 620am. Then, preparing my car and brekfast till 6.45am before going to my bro house,followed by office/jogging mate's wife of my bro. Reached Kluang Railway Cafe at .....
